This problem is interesting because it seems that others have this problem too, but not only on MM but and regular field. When jump in new part of map i need to wait 15- 20 sec that mobs/Chars will show up and if i stand on same place i will receive damage and die even if i don't see mobs. I can run through whole MM without mobs to show !!!!

What kind of video card?
You have a Pentium 4 which is way outdated. I don't understand why people keep posting and expecting some sort of decent performance from them.
I'm assuming your video is either awful or integrated. It's not a game issue, it's a owning a 10 year old computer and barely meeting the minimum requirements for modern gaming issue.
