Instance lvl requirement: 130

Cool down: 23hrs

You get 2 time crystals and

             ~ 8 concentrated magics per instance run

 

Use 1 time crystal for 1 normal boots of time

Use 5 time crystals to exchange normal boots of time to 1 pair of special boots of time above in your choice.

 

You can either slot the boots with 5 time crystals

                           OR

enchant them with concentrated magics

 

 

Slot 4 enchant: spell, expert archer, atk speed, fighting spirit, sharp (your choice)

                           lv1: requires 1  concentrated magic  

                           lv2: requires 4  concentrated magics

                           lv3: requires 15  concentrated magics

                           lv4: requires 30  concentrated magics (e.g.EA4)

                     

                           

 

if your boots have lv4 enchant on slot 4, you can enchant the 3rd slot with 10 concentrated magics (random).

 

These are new enchants!

 

Explosive Magic: each magic attack has a chance to +200int for 10 second (consumes 200sp/sec when activated).

 

Sharp Hawkeye: each physical attack has a chance to +200dex for 5 second, consumes 50sp/sec when activated.

 

Lucky Day: when physically/magically attacking, or being physically/magically attacked, there's a chance to +200 luk for 5 second. Chance to obtain treasure box when killing monsters during activation.

 

Painless Muscle: when being physically attacked, there is a chance to +1000 hard def for 5 seconds. -50%atk&matk during activation.

 

Lightning Speed: When physically attacking, there is a chance to +100% aspd and +100 perfect dodge for 5 seconds. Consumes 400hp and 40sp per second during activation.

 

Grizzly's Power: when being physically attacked, there is a chance to +200str for 5 seconds. Consumes 500hp/sec during activation.

YES! Now...if only they were slotted...then I would be a GOD with the MAtk bonus I would get. Definitely one I would take to +12, minimum.

slotted wont be come around any time soon because that happened late 2013. Although, if we're getting both nightmare memorial and regular in bulk, maybe.

its most likely enchant we should be anticipated on. boots options are kinda obsolete when you get 200 int proc from magic attack. that need 4th enchant tho, so it will take a while. But then again, iRO is too broken with too many shared account, might be able to pull it off in month.

The chance of slotting them is low if I heard correctly its why slotting them with enchants etc isn't very common or something =o

Well...it will give me something to work towards if it's possible.

 

 

+12 Intelligence Boots, with Spell Enchant, and the Explosive Spell Enchant...on a Warlock with already 120 Int...could DEFINITELY be fun times(At least another 12-15 MAtk, Spell 3 or 4, or more depending on Spell level allowed to be enchanted. Then add the +40 from boots being +12, and the bonus of +60 for 120 Int...throw in the +200 MAtk when the Explosive Spell Enchant procs...well over 1k MAtk at that point...would LOVE to see my damage at that point).
