So I decided to transfer 2 of my characters on a different account and I have done this in the past, however, for some reason this time, I couldn't receive an email from WP or Gravity about giving me a Serial Number to verify my transfer of request.
I sent a ticket and a CS replied and I did all the steps that he linked me to but I still didn't receive any emails. I was wondering maybe it's on the WP end that they can't send emails in regards of Serial #? I made 3 transfer in the past and i did received an email before...
Will the techs kindly check it out? I wish to have my characters transfer too so I can play another char in my main account again.
