How can i redeem the item that i bought from playspan? I already has my code but i dont know where to put it. thanks

Power Up > Click on your RO account > Ragnarok "Game" Coupons

How to get the bonus-item gift with the new ugc?

Ugc can be redeem only to warpportal-account, but the bonus-item is account-bound.

(i mailed it to summer@iro.ragnarokonline.com , is that right?)

Ugc can be redeem only to warpportal-account, but the bonus-item is account-bound.

When you click on Power Up, you have the choice to pick which RO account you want to redeem the UGC on. Once redeemed, you log into the game with a character from that account and talk to a Playspan Representative.

No, it doesn't work. I got 2 Reset Stone Boxes too, the code for the boxes works well so with "Ragnarok "Game" Coupons" for each Ragnarok Account. But the code for the ugc only works with wp points to warpportal account. (Add WP Energy -> Redeem Game Cards -> Select game card -> Enter the pincode -> submit)

Huh, that is odd. And the UGC site doesn't have any information either. I guess you should submit a ticket to WarpPortal Support and ask a GM how you can redeem the item because iro.ragnarokonline.com doesn't exist anymore and the UGC's page on RO is outdated with the old link.

I wrote a ticket at warpportal, today i got an answer:

We wish to thank you for purchasing Kafra Points. We have forwarded your request that the item in question be added to the account ******* to the team responsible for item insertion.


At the redeemer-npc i saw nothing, but after this conversation i got overweight and the "Parade Hat" was in my inventory.^^

Oh - very very often, the items at the redeemer have blank names. So you see a list of options that appears to have nothing in it, but the top blank space is actually an item (and you'll know this is the case, because it's highlighted by default). In fact, I think i've only seen a meaningful title of an entry there once - but then again, i don't use the redeemer much, since it's so hard to pay playspan.
