Then the problem is grabbing a while and tried everything but can not recover the hotmail account and I hope WP can help me

If you've lost access to the e-mail account associated with your WarpPortal account, then you'll need to submit a ticket at the WarpPortal Support Center.
As this is a public forum, you should delete your account name and e-mail address from your post. You can press the Edit button to edit your post.
