After downloading the game I try to log in using a new account that I made and it won't let me log in; however, it allows me to log in to my old account, but I don't want to play on my old account. I've even logged onto the WarpPortal Website multiple times to verify my ID and password and on the website I can log in, but in game I can't log in. Pleas help

Are you trying to log in to Ragnarök Online or Ragnarök Online 2?

 

Are you aware of the difference between a WarpPortal account and a game account? To log into a game server, you must use your game account credentials, not your WarpPortal account credentials.
