can we please get the restriction of from the passive skill books, first, i got a lot of passive skill books on my vendor character, 2nd , i think some people got no access to im , 3rd i think it would be fair for the new comer to compete with the old player .. please consider this, or maybe we can get the passive skill book transfered via warp portal like how we transfer the im points thanks
