So,I'm sitting here as a 7x/3x bow rogue. Wondering what the best choice is for me to get to 99 then trans the fastest. I'm thinking of taking the reset and just change to dagger for faster damage output/faster kills. Any opinions?

If you were to change, I'd say get a set of elemental daggers, or just use the Eden Dagger III.
Fastest way to level is probably going Dex/Int for Land Mind and one shotting Hill Winds.

It's really tough to say really. I've only ever played a dagger rogue/stalker, so I can't say too much about bow builds. What I can say is that as a dagger build you're going to be able to level more consistently without having to worry about sp. Of course, that's if you go for a AGI>STR>DEX build.
