cant register one of my 3 game accounts into my warportal account

i have 3 accounts 2 of which are registered, my first account (also my main account) which has been in active use since 2005-6, isnt registering with this warportal account. it says that it belongs to another warportal account but i never made a warportal account for it.

it does however, use a different email (and olde one i no longer use) to this one. could that be the reason? this is for rose online by the way.

iv sent a ticket to warportal support but it was all so confusing they probably couldnt even work out what i mean. not to mention if the warportal support are the same peopel from rose then theyl miss the point entirely and give me a solution to an entirely different problem.
so i was hoping to get some info from the community who has had this problem?

2 accounts, both using different emails, how do i merge them both into a single warportal account? thanks.

So you tried clicking on "Add existing accounts" and it won't add your accounts to your WarpPortal account because of different emails?

Then your only option is to send a ticket to WarpPortal Support and explain the situation to them and what you want them to do (add this account to your WarpPortal account). Once all your game accounts have been added to your WarpPortal account, the emails on those account will automatically get changed to the one registered to your WarpPortal account.

You should easily be able to add account with different email addresses (As long as the email service didn't close up on you :rolleyes:). But like Zero said, you should send a support ticket to the support team asking them to change your email address, since you don't use the old one anymore. With the ticket include this information:

Account name:
Full name of the owner:
Real Address:
Phone number:
Zip code:
Current email address:
(If forgotten email address include up to 5 possible email addresses:)
New email address:

yeah i sent them a ticket..
but if teh warportal thing is anything like the rose responce time then ill be waiting weeks and forget about it anyways :rolleyes:
yeah the thing i dont get through is they all have different emails and i still managed to get 2 on this account =s

this warportal thing seems like a whole load of hassle to me ¬.¬

Oh come on now, you know responses come faster then that. But anyways you did the right thing the support team can help you out and get it sorted out for you.
