it does however, use a different email (and olde one i no longer use) to this one. could that be the reason? this is for rose online by the way.
iv sent a ticket to warportal support but it was all so confusing they probably couldnt even work out what i mean. not to mention if the warportal support are the same peopel from rose then theyl miss the point entirely and give me a solution to an entirely different problem.
so i was hoping to get some info from the community who has had this problem?
2 accounts, both using different emails, how do i merge them both into a single warportal account? thanks.
