Era's castle win streak in part is due to almost none of the old stacked are around anymore. Some of us still remember the days when Empire,Asc,Soul/BT/Moonrock,Finale, WTC were still active and defending was only succeeded twice ever and that Asc 1* vs donuts and iirc 2* vs Empire and those were both full out 20 v 20s.

The castles have been taken plenty of times by <5 stacked players even with the odds against them.

We lost an attack once but to be fair that's when the summoner glitch was begin exploited big time. That and nobody bothered to show up to attack that week, lol.

Embellished Castle Wars
The only guild I can say that truely achieved something in attacking is Paradox
who can blast through Era's Castle Defense with 5-7 players without mercs vs Era's 20+ defenders while all other guilds need help from other guilds usually an alliance of some sort or paradox mercs for them.
Paradox was the one guild that ended Era's 2 month castle streak.
#2013-14

I let mercs in because honestly defense is a joke (unless it's a grudge match) and I'd rather people just have fun with it.

also,

Like I said, Emporia doesn't really matter in determining skill because stating a guild can top a max-attendance defending guild is basically saying "They can perform the objective by map-hop spamming." Even Yurai's pre-nerf 680 Evade had to map-hop when a few Stumblebums and Invokers got in his way.

And as for attacking it's damn near impossible to survive even with max resistances against 10 players with classes and elements specifically designed to win by catching once and spamming the X-button for a few seconds. And even though Paradox captures castles and wins tournaments it doesn't state they're the best individual PvP'ers of each class like the topic asks for.

Basically we have to look into key members of Paradox:

ero: Well he's basically top Invoker by himself and in teamfights so that's obvious.

Primero: An extremely skilled Sorceror.

Sakuraz: A good contender for one of the top Destroyers.

xFomalhaut: Easily the best active Setinel.

LOVECOUCH: A downright great Summoner.

Zeela: Well we all know Zeela's twin skills. Zeela was top twin when Twins were first starting up in PvP. A "Veteran" who stayed around and still showed the newbies who can be on top.

And that's not counting that some of these people play other classes fairly well.

And that's just the beginning of examining a guild and seeing if key high-skill members can top our "Who's the best PvP'er" lists. I don't count Emporia because A 12 member guild sending a handful of guys to beat a 25 man defending team has been done before, it was named BadTouch and they did it to Ascension and Rebellion in their primes and Yurai basically solo'ed an Emporia Tournament without any merc help more than once and frankly I don't need any videos bringing up the megaphone wars that happened AFTER Emporia to point fingers and flood the chats for an hour after a fight. I'm entirely anyone could have topped Era's defending streak if Paradox wasn't downright invincible in tournaments.

Mocking the "Veteran's in their prime" is just going to lead to the drama that results in 90% of these "Top PvP'er" topics getting shut down. And Emporia/BattleSquare isn't a mode I can safely count because I go by my experience in 9-Round Elimination Matches being 1vs1 or a massive group-fight and basing a persons PvP skills off a 10v10 Flag-stall Battlesquare or a 25v25 Map-hop fest Emporia, Tournament or Castle Fight, is just silly.

Give someone like Nilla, Rim, or any other "Stuck in the Past" Veteran equal gearing and some time to become un-rusty and quite frankly I wouldn't be surprised if these people being insulted for quitting when bad patches came did very well. Not a 5-0 Washout but something like 5-3 or 5-4. Where win or loss it was fun and challenging and they'd do it again.

Even if that were the case, Zeela can hold his own against Mituo and has been among top twins since day 1 of Dragonkin. It's kinda like Me vs Sweetlove. He's better geared but I can hold my own skill-wise and actually have the chance of catching and killing him.

Zeela was only top twin when they came  because she played on a PS for 2-3months as a twin before they came to the official servers.  So she already had a huge advantage over newer twins.

PS or not I've heard of players leaving NA Dragon Saga to a server getting a big patch before us to see the new content. I went to IAH to try out Paris Strikes back for a short time before THQ'ICE closed and see the new content and I'm sure everyone wanted an early glimpse of Kryos Unleashed when it came out.

All that means is a practice advantage. Zeela got to play it before people, learned the combos, and that worked out for her.

Speaking of twins, the best twin I've seen is one who doesn't main it.

Oh well.

That happens alot. Heck he/she might switch mains. Twin is growing in popularity. A lot of top-skilled players of a class are skilled with them using them as an alt rather than a main. Plenty of examples including ones where they swapped to them as mains eventually.

xKrazed was a Pally main and really good. But he played Sentinel a lot and was also very skilled. He then swapped to a Sentinel main.

Odyssea was a Pally main and among the top. Then New Origins came and mained Twin now.

Mituo was a Sentinel main and a skilled one at that. But also had a Twin alt whom he was skilled with. Played twin more-so now-a-days.

Bicho is a good Sorceror main, and he plays Invoker pretty well too.

Clark has 3 different endgame "mains." All of which he PvP's with.

LOVECOUCH played tons of classes in all levels of PvP. And he did good with a lot of them.

You can go on and on. Like I said, some people also played other classes and were fairly skilled with them as well.

I've heard otherwise recently so I'd like to watch the two go at it for verification.

You've heard wrong, they even fought when mituo stacked up.

Still not seeing any sort of evidence. You see I asked merely to watch a PvP between the two or get a recent screenshot. What I heard and what you've said aint really been confirmed as fact or fake.

You see I said; "Zeela is still among the top despite other stacked endgame twins rising up in skill."

Another said; "Mituo beat Zeela."

You said; "Zeela beat Mituo." And also claimed a better twin player didn't even main twin.

You see, I like a confirmation on these topics. Like I mentioned how Sweetlove and I pvp often. He's won 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, even 5-4 against me and I said he's a better Overlord. And Sweetlove can easily confirm results of alot of matches. But in a case like Zeela vs Mituo, I rarely see them in the same PvP room. I rarely see them in Battlesquares, even when I do there's no 'Mituo vs Zeela' action with them on opposing teams. And I don't like going off Emporia War (Paradox vs Fai. Where I know they would end up fighting) because it's easy to deduce and assume that; Someone like Sakuraz or Ero fought Mituo, he island hopped, and Zeela dealt a finishing blow.

I'm just glad pvp is still competitive. But yes, majority of top pvpers are just as amazing with other classes and the only thing that bridges that gap is experience. However, certain people learn at an amazing pace so it would only be a matter of time before they get better than people who main classes.

As for mituo vs zeela.

Zeela would win of he took it seriously and just weave spammed as much as mituo. That's the only thing separating them. Well, that and 6* cards, but that hardly makes a difference when you can die in a combo or two.

Still, twins are made for pvp in general, it wouldn't be that hard to get good with them after lots of practice. But few would ever reach that level.

To prove my point.

Zeela has beaten ero a few times ( serious matches) Mituo hasn't even come close to doing that.

I'm sure there are things you heard differently and things I've heard differently. However since I've also had first hand experience fighting both or alongside both there's clearly a gear and skill gap between the two. You have explained your views and what you think you know very intricately but you still don't know much. For one, Zeela is not being played by Odyssea anymore :3

Yes its very based on luck on catches. Circle of Life. a class like destroyer need to catch 4-5 times With 2x 15* Cerberus Solar Rings,to kill high endgame players with hp more than 50k is usually 1-2 catches, While classes with some sort of crowd control, usually melt players in 1 catch. All that matters is how you secure the potential damage of your class.
Spoiler

Zeela and I often pvp with set rules:
1. In Exchange for skill ban on Zeela ghost fighter I lose aas lock(I know its nub, but its counterable with the twin on the floor.)
2. In Exchange for skill ban on Rebound I remove my 6*
3. We both agree not to lock each other.
But in complete serious matches no rules its often based on first catch.

In the end in serious matches I lose.
