I just notice some issues:

 

a. some card descriptions do not say the same as in iRO wiki

b. when players vend armours - ex. " Mantle + 3str " - I see it just a normal armour no image of the +3str thing.

 

c. I tried to change my emoticon window( short cut list) but it wont work.

    ex. Alt +1 = /!  - if change it to /heh - doesn't work

a. Yup. That's true of a lot of stuff, not just cards. In the past year or so, the GMs have been tackling the problem, sort of - there's a thread in events section to report bad descs, and they periodically fix them. Also, if you're playing on classic, be sure to use the classic DB - the iW DB defaults to renewal. 

 

Typically, with old items (most cards, for example), iW is a better source of information than the item descs. iW coverage isn't as good for some of the newer items.

 

b. When you right-click the armor, it should show a red orb where cards normally show up. 

 

c. You're on vista/7/8 right? Sounds like UAC garbage. If you're on renewal, install RO outside of program files (or other folders windows considers special) and it'll fix the setting save problem. I don't know what the current state of this is on classic - classic might need to be run as admin to make those settings stick.

ok thanks. yes playing classic.

 

a. now I understand the issue

 

b. even I right click the item there is no red orb thing just the card slot

why is it that when I put Robo Eyes my ATK & Matk don't increase? only Dex

 

and I don't get discount when I am using warp in Kafra?

You won't see percent-based increase on your status window. You will know it works if you test it by attacking or using spells.

 

Also, are you on Classic(Loki) Server? Coz I've read somewhere that enchants cannot be seen on armors. You got to wear the armor to know the enchant(by seeing which stat increases). But Ragial can detect enchants.

Ragial is website that shows the vend shops in the game. If you are looking for an item, you can check the site and see if someone is currently vending. Also helps you check prices.
