Can't use warpportal powerup service.

It kept prompting that my account has been suspended and need to contact warpportal support. Can log into the game itself.But I can't buy any powerup point. Nor can  I contact a customer support at the web page. Any ideas anyone?

You need GM intervention. Create a ticket at support.warpportal.com - Support accounts are totally separate from Warpportal accounts (precisely for situations like this) - if you haven't sent in a ticket before, you'll need to create a support account.

Tried on the support account too. But it won't let me login to send a ticket. Any other alternative ways? Did sent in a ticket before regarding other matter, a few months back . But somehow now this is the only place I can logon to. :)

BTW I could still login to the game. But only the warp portal is having the issue.

Then create a new support account and send in a ticket asking why your other support account and wp accounts are blocked, I guess...

I'm not saying you are but just in case:

 

If you are playing in some foreign country, wp detects IP address and will lock your wp account. If this is the case you should play using proxy to change your IP address.

 

Make sure you send in ticket first, ask GM why you get locked.

What browser are you using to access the Support site? IE won't work anymore, for some reason, so try FireFox or Google Chrome.

Its funny how things related to cash have plenty of answers... but when someone ask about the FREAKING LAG that is happening for like 3 weeks now no one gives a -_-. Way to go Warpportal.
