This has happened to me many times, both on the ramps leading up to the city and on the bridges that lead out to the rest of that map. My raider will be driving with my cleric as the passenger. Once I get to whichever npc I need, I hop out of the cart on the raider's client. Naturally the cleric comes out of the cart at that time too but she always somehow ends up stuck kind of under the ramp or bridge.  These ss are from earlier today, while going up a ramp to the upper level of the city

 

 

 

 

These are two different views of the same incident. The cart with my raider were by storage. The only way to get unstuck is to either use a scroll or relog. One note: It doesn't seem to be an issue when you are leaving the city, only when you enter it and get out of your cart. 

 

I'd be glad to demonstrate this for anyone who is brave enough to take a ride with me. I really am a good driver- I swear!

If i remember correctly, this bug has been ingame since euRose(8-10 years?)

Thanks for the report, this should be corrected for next patch.

Thought this bug was a global thing. Though you usually don't get stuck in things as much as in eucar/forbidden temple. The person dropped off the backseat just usually gets left somewhere pretty far behind.
