I was leveling in TI and accidentally right clicked someone and put them on ignore.

 

I don't know who it was, so I don't know who I have to unignore, and I would immensely prefer that I have no one on ignore, so I would like to know how I would unignore someone when I don't know who they are.

Try the command /inall that should fix it for ya! Conversely if you wish to block all whispers use /exall

Also

/in "that person's name"

would work.

 

Or right-click their character and choose allow whispering.
