Dear Players, 

 

Since the launch of the Server Select, players are now able to create new characters on different servers. 

 

Starting from June 20th and until July 3rd, we are allowing players to transfer their characters for free! 

 

How To: 

 

Go to our Support Page: https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx 

 

Submit a Ticket and choose "Option 10" 

 

Make sure to fill out everything in the list to ensure your transfer works! Here's how it looks: 

 

 

Once you Submit our staff will transfer your character to the designated Server! 

 

*The time it takes to transfer a character will vary on the influx of request."

question.. will this be for the entire account of characters or do we need to do this for each one? IF so you guys gonna be busy lil bees.. I have atleast 32 chars

I would state it on the Ticket the list of characters you want to transfer.

/edit what about our names? if they are taken on the Nova server will it be the same like previous merge where we had to reset the name before logging in?

 

/edit again.. will the forge HH be extended due to the downtime of the game today?

EDIT: Isn't it easier just to place the 2 servers and we just log the account on the one we want to go?

like, when we make the choice system moves all -_- there? - just wondering i know nothing about programming and codes..

what happens to our mall items and mall points when we move the characters between servers? ie: my character has a pet and is wearing a costume, would she lose those during the switch?

@Dierdri - the chars u move will have the same account on the other server so u'll keep ur mall pts then since they're bound to the account anyways and ur items are bound to ur char ^^

if u create an account its useable on Trifri and Nova, except for the chars (only existing on the server u created them)

I just want to test the other server, are we allowed to transfer again if we didn't like that server?

   You guys really didnt think this through.... Why are we being penalized? People who always had their accounts on same server. From Valdes, to Trifi now this.... At the very least you guys should figure a way to move whole accounts..... If thats not possible.... Well its been a good run.

  This is a TUPID (so stupid it dont deserve the S) way of doing this..... Should have just 1 account and you can choose between PK/NON PK server at your will. You choose when you log in what server to log into.. Not this big pile of poo..... Sad... oh so sad....

 

  Should of merged both servers like you did with Val/Ham. Then on log in, you choose what server you want to long into... Be it Trifi or Nova.  Not this joke of a system.

I put in my ticket my honour but doubt that gets transferred. I emptied my banks contents into my toons bags hoping the items get transferred too

You do realize most people go to VACATIONS, and giving them limited time to transfer is just pure bullsh1t
(also, should I mention the staff will fail to manage it properly in these 2 weeks? Ofc not!).
I'm pretty sure, players were forced to move to PK against their will, at least have some decency and let them transfer WHEN they want.

And this is the end of lulz in alban, the game hardly has 100 ppl and out of which 60% gona switch to pve server..that makes both server less lively and dead
