Please make sure to put the Lant and Items from the Sharing Bank Slots on the Character you will transfer, otherwise it will stay on the other Server.

So, how can I play my Facebook character using the client? Ticket with the information required was sent and they told me to wait till the next maintence... what now?

lol the facebook implementation will probably make it a pain. In order to reduce the steps the player sees it auto-generates a username. So the first thing you need to do is actually learn your login name. You can probably request it be changed by staff through a ticket since it will probably be hard to remember. There was someone a couple months ago who explains how to figure out your username.
After you know your username, you should make a Warp Portal account through the main website. This will tie any account you have through Warp Portal, allowing you to buy points through them. Just click add account through the option menus and add your account.
You will need to have an account, I think its your warp portal account in order to download the client. When you click the download link on the main Requiem site, you will be prompted to enter your username and password. After this is done your download begins and just install the game. Occasionally the installation and patch have an issue, so post that issue on the general discussion of this forum as it will be the fastest way to resolve something.

Also people are mentioning something about 2 Nova servers. So it might be your character still can only be playable when connecting through facebook right now.

Well, I was kind of expecting them to answer my first ticket like "hey here's your new account name click the link below in order to choose a password and bam!".

when are u going to fix the temporary name change problems transferred characters have to face...its quite annoying to know your names arent taken yet u cant use them.

I am just discovering this exact problem. I guess ill give it a week or 2 to let them sort it out.

 

IMO, the GMs need to send everyone who just transferred to Nova an extra Name Reset for each character to fix this problem.

Hi there
It was supposed to maintaining ended yesterday moving all change requests server. My left me without moving a pj, the only one who had not yet transferred, the rest I had moved to the maintenance last week.
I wonder if it was just me, or else there is someone else who has not done the movement of exchange server.

shazamo should explain about the transfer before ppl ask for it. Theres a lot of ppl lose items (including me) and support just close tickets without any response. Item mall, BF points and glows from ru vs us tournament still missing. worst transfer of ever

And my chars are still stuck in a pk server without pk shield.... and of course support closed the tickets..., Never heard about customer satisfaction?
