I have 0/40 friends. I tried to use the (register a friend) I have clicked their name so many times. And still won't work..

I have 0/40 friends. I tried to use the (register a friend) I have clicked their name so many times. And still won't work..
Edit nm. The person has to accept that friend request. You can delete this post or lock it.
