To be perfectly honest everyone, we have no idea how long it's going to take to roll back all of the data. It's quite a bit, but it's all crunching now.

 

We're going to do some preliminary tests once the rollback is done, just to be sure up front it looks good then we'll open the gates for everyone and let you know when that happens.

Sure we are excited to play and want the servers back ON asap!

But I'm sure everyone is glad to see you're guys finally doing the rollback, it means the servers are ok!

This was explained, actual Item Mall Points are not being restored, but any items you redeemed (took out of the purchase tab) will be restored back in to it.

So this rollback can actually fixed what had happened to my Daring Rabbit fan 60/40 went into my earring slot?then when i'm trying to removed it , the actual item that shows is my  Lava earring w/ moonstone(7).

The ROSE Online server wide character roll back is a go!

The servers have been taken offline as of 6:00PM (-8 UTC) to initiate the server wide character rollback to June 26th, 2014 at 2:00 PM (-8 UTC)

All character data will be restored back to that date and time, which will be as if we first implemented the Database update and your character data will be just as it was at the time of shut down.

Item Mall items redeemed from the Purchase Tab will be restored as quickly as possible once the roll-back is completed.

Lucky Spin coins will be adjusted for the few that discovered a tiny bug in it.

The Premium Service days will be added as soon as possible.
