It was really easy, i have no patience with staff that dont keep their timetables. No matter what excuses they might have.

 

I'd be yelling quite a bit if i was their superior, luckily for them im not

 

It's really easy, the head CM stayed at the office for a straight 28 hours, not sleeping, to keep on fixing a problem that was caused from an external company [the ISP in their reion] that went down and ceased their ability to continue with the update. Once that ISP issue was resolved, they immediately went back to work on it, all of them going for over an entire day without sleep.

 

How you can say anything negative about that commitment and effort, makes me think you're only here to troll, and I welcome you to my iggy button

With me it seems that whenever they have probs like this they come back on an hour or two after I go to bed lol

 

I'm watching our Big Brother in the UK atm and then off to bed.

 

So hopefully you'll all be playing in a few hours time

Regarding the cost of the coupons, I didn't have a chance to acquire the price.. yet. 

 

Just spoke with the back-end guys and it seems like we're expecting a few more hours of downtime! We can't apologize enough about the wait but we GREATLY appreciate your patience.

We all understand the necessity of so many time to adjust a big update.

But, I really think that everyone would gain 1 exemplar of the new coupons and/or something like a free skill/stat reset.

Also, this "gift" could be used for a massive testing of those items

Also, we've gained a bit more control over the drop quantity as well, and will be working to reintroduce something more closely similar to the old style of Stockpile, for those who remember how it worked, back in to game play with some extra enhancements of our own!

Now mentioned before, was that we have new stats that will help influence specific tiers, but we'll be waiting on releasing those for a future update, when we finish the Gem expansion planned for July.  The Gem expansion will provide us a means to offer new gems, with some of the latest new stat types, such as piercing defense, and help you customize your character and build further and to become more powerful!
