Just a heads up, the server crashes were not caused by anything anyone did in-game, so we're are not considering it as a stop against our roll-back plan.

 

However, we are going to be delaying the 4pm time table, since it would have started now, we have a couple things we're preparing for. The actual data roll-back itself is a bit of prep work and we were more focused on monitoring.

 

A time will be announced as soon as we have one. It's going to take maybe a couple hours to prep, so 6pm is the estimate new time.

As long as it takes to take back all the character data that there was from the date chosen! (right before the storage maintenance)

To be perfectly honest everyone, we have no idea how long it's going to take to roll back all of the data. It's quite a bit, but it's all crunching now. :)

 

We're going to do some preliminary tests once the rollback is done, just to be sure up front it looks good then we'll open the gates for everyone and let you know when that happens.
