i just want to ask if this is a bug or not?
Charge Arrow - inflicts damage equaling 0% of your physical ATK
if this is not a bug, then should i level it to 3 or stay at 1? is there any difference? 
about charge arrow..

Alot of the skills for Rangers show incorrect %'s!
I personally think it needs a immediate fix cause how are new players suppose to build? :s

Edit: Yeah Charge Arrow actually does 450% damage at max skill level. I hate it when I confuse Charge Arrow with Impact, Impact didn't do the damage it was supposed to and Charge doesn't say what damage it does haha, so they fixed Impact to proper damage but didn't fix the description of Charge arrow...GG xD
