The armor slots in the costume tab are solely for the shadow armors. One of the effects I have read one of the set effects "If the total upgrade of the set is +15 or higher user receives [endure] effect. (Yes Eddga Card Effect) I'm really hoping it keeps that effect when it arrives at our server.

Considering there are costumes with stats, what makes costumes all that much different from shadow armor? Might as well just re-categorize all "costumes" as shadow armor and give them stats.

#1 the item never should have been in the game. at least not as a costume.
#2 now that it is in the game it never should have been removed. aka it should be available for all. (perma quest & account bound)
#3 I've been paying a lot of attention and I never saw a "lamp quest event"
#4 the lamp event was never mentioned on wiki
#5 when exactly was it announced? because i've been looking at everything for the past 4 months of updates & events
and never saw anything about this.
#6 if a event is more then event 1 month old it is commonly assumed to be taken out of the game
#7 it is a head gear, I and many other people thought was a lucky box item that we missed.
(i'd more ok with this knowing people had spent who knows how much real money to get the item,
it would also mean it would become available some day again in a lucky box but now that it was some quest event
that players returning in the last 4 months knew nothing about, it's aggravating)
#8 it's a better item then the impossible to get anniversary head gear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#9 just because you have one, doesn't give you the right to look down on others that don't.

Whoah. Not in anyway I tried to be rude. But now I seriously wish I had crafted a cruel response. Nearly quarter or the population wears that headgear. You could have just asked people about it. I only started playing myself yet I took time to get to know the game and try to improve myself by asking others nicely about stuffs I don't know. Go buy yourself a frickin full-body mirror and stare really hard at it because there is something really wrong about yourself, not others.

They should change the refine rates then, because getting something to +10 alone is damn near impossible without spending hundreds of dollars on this game.

He said "set" though. Shadow gear sets consist of like, 3 or 4 pieces, maybe more. A total of +15 on a whole set ends up being maybe +5 for each shadow gear piece, which isn't all that much?

i'm thinking it's probably +15 on each piece, especially since kRO has safe to +19 certs or something to that effect.  +15 combined across the gears would be too easy and not bring in the cash.

Is it just me, or is Victoria broken?  I'm being told that I haven't finished the Murder Mystery, but the whole scooby doo gang just gives me chatter.  *sigh*

 

just saw this.  I am experiencing this as well, with the npc stating that i have not finished the quest even though i went the long path.  I am wondering if it doesn't count you as completing the whole quest until you have finished all the locket turn-ins to mrs. moneybags at the end of the chain.  There is a 12 hr CD on each turn in, and it looks like you have to do 4 turn-ins before it's complete.  I've only done two TIs so far so I won't be able to confirm until tomorrow evening.

I can't read korean so I swiped data off the jRO future wiki. There are sets that have bonus effects when the total refine rate reaches 30 as well.

Each shadow gear has a max refine level of 10.
