I agree that server size is problematic for any new gear/consumable that isn't balanced properly. I think hw has enough counter play to make cod be fair. Precast settings are always 1 sided. If a precast is strong or successful only because of magic then the attackers suck and the defenders aren't doing it properly.

Just let the hat be useable by all classes, except hw then!!! Lmao, I too funny! (But consider it!)

 

Yes, precast settings are one sided and don't make newbies think COD is good for them. But if we want those small guilds to be better, why should guilds like vh/valk/aurora be even stronger with all their experience behind them?

 

It makes no difference to me, but think about those behind us.

I main HWiz. I'm an active WoE participant and I do not want CoD. Precast + CP is already an enormous deterrent for any guild to break let alone a small one without 25+. All this does is add more of a damage boost to that play style. This helm is only viable in WoE with that set up, where the casters don't have to worry about being stunned, because the attackers can't use skills.

May I ask why you have made this decision, from a developer perspective? 

 

I don't care what the players think, I want to know the staff reasoning and why they are agreeing with particular players.
