You may need to completely uninstall Kalydo and clear your cache.
Here is how you do it.
Start Menu: Control Panel > Programs
Click requiem-fb
Uninstall
Click Kalydo Player
Uninstall
Start Menu: All Programs> Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
Choose the drive your internet cache is on.
Make sure Temporary Files and Temporary Internet Files are selected.
Click OK
Reload App Page.
