I know that there's always going to be a few good players in each class, but in general which class is the most dominant in pvp battles? The last time I played was BEFORE the skill update, so I'm curious to know how things have changed.

 

Which class do you see dominating more often than not?

I believe Champion, Mage and Both type of Raiders do pretty well in PvP

when it all comes down to it, there's no "best" there is only a "best for you" class. And that's really up to you to find out.

Ok, generally it's Mage that dominates. Things have definitely changed because it use to be Champs that dominated.

 

Now, which class has the most powerful standard attack, regardless of his/her attack speed? Is it a Knight? Who deals most damage with just the normal attack command. Ignore attack speed for now.

wow that's cool hmm the attack power they dish out is probably due to the fact that they have such slow attack speed. I wonder how they stack up against a slow attacking Axe champ?:

Cannon bourges are absolutely terrible for 1v1's. For group play they can be dangerous, but no where near as dangerous as the others I've listed. You can no longer only factor AP. Some classes have critical damage passives, that increase the critical damage hit damage by 50-100% [on top of the standard 50%]. Some like mages have skill power passives, that multiply attack power even further then normal. You're going to have to investigate them thoroughly for yourself in order to truly see how things go.

Well it depends wich class u like to use in pvp bro , the class wich are most used in pvp are:

 

Support is Cleric but also offensive (Full support cleric and Battle Cleric)

Champion 2 hand swords (sometimes spear, not mutch axe)

Raider Katar

Scout Xbow n Shield sometimes Bow

Mage

Knight Xbow or 1 Hand both shield

Bourg (any kind)

 

u chose wich weapon u like  to use, mastered it and there u got u pvp char ^^

Unbelievable. Playing an honest game of ROSE must be like a science with serious investment. There's a lot for me to test, but my original question to my second post is more based on "which is the most powerful single attack, no skills involved, unless it's a passive?"

 

After the replies here, I take it that a Mage has single handedly the most powerful average/standard swipe attack and only including passive skills, not attack skills. That probably sounds absurd but I have a reason for knowing this. I'm doing some "science" =P

on a per swipe/attack basis, the strongest damage inducing [only accounting for passives] is Axe Champion, Cannon Bourge/Arti. They're the slowest weapons in game, and have the highest base AP + damage passives. A mage is 90% skill power, and 10% aurual. If you're hitting someone with a staff, you're insane, a novice, or just bored.
