So i have recently started playing rose online again and i was wondering about the stat/skill build.  Ive read some forums about doing a 3:1 int to charm ratio and others saying more charm is better for buffs.  Also for the skills I was just confused on which skills i should max out first as I am leveling.  If anyone can help me out with the skill part mostly I would greatly appreciate it!

I've just started playing here recently and as odd as it might sound, charm is actually more important than int for strong buffs. I think if you check this topic, you will find the answers to your questions  http://forums.warppo...s-v496-updated/  Under the different spoilers are the specifics depending on which type of cleric you plan to make (fs, battle, or hybrid. It's a pretty complete guide from what I can tell :)

i did read through the spoilers and was still kinda scared on what to do :x  So would people recommend doing 3:1 ratio charm to int instead? I plan to be a full support cleric and i dont wanna mess up my skill build either.  The guide tells me generally what i will max out as i hit the 2xx levels but i was wondering more of what skills should i max out first as i progress my way up to those higher levels.  And i do appreciate your help HoneyBunz!

Do you plan on getting the phantom swords (i highly recommend you do) then take enough int to hold your wands, and put the rest of your stats into cha.

Start with getting the phantom sword, and get cure to lvl 1. Then get the buffs on the muse tab to 1. Get heal party to 1 (cure 5, heal 3) and then go back to upgrading your buffs.

I recommend to save 30 skill point, so when you hit lvl 100 you can get all the buffs on the cleric tab to 5.

I'm certainly no expert but I can tell you what I am doing. I also went fs with my cleric. Basically right now I added just enough int to equip the wand and then the rest in charm. Once base charm is maxed at 400, I'll add int. I also invested in some of the highest charm items so that my friend and I could benefit from the buffs right away. So far it's worked fine. Since my cleric never fights, it's just a matter of making sure she isn't randomly attacked because many of the high charm items do not have a bunch of defense. That hasn't been an issue up to now (currently level 147).  My cleric's buffs are strong and we have had no trouble leveling using our own buffs right from the start.

As for skills, first i maxed the buffs that you can have as a muse. I also started bonfires then waited on the rest until after the second job. At that point I was able to just about max the cleric buffs (it was within a few levels from then, can't remember exactly). After having the complete set of buffs maxed, and seeing how much mp they take, I started working towards the salamanders. It's quite an investment of skill points but has been worth it for us.

Now I'm looking at the other skills. I got purify because that seems to be needed esp in places like Oblivion Temple. Also looking at the ones that add to your heal for x seconds and resurrection. Remember that you get a free stat and skill reset at level 50 and you can save it for later if you want. You can also purchase a retraining scroll if needed.

Anyway, that's where I am atm with things. Hope it helps a bit!

To OP, phantom swords and full support cleric are totally two worlds of thing, you don't put these things together.

It sounds like you are still working your way to Lv.230, so I advice you to not put any skill points into anything offensive, if you wanna be offensive, then play a mage instead and not play a cleric. Phantom swords belong to a battle cleric, which is something you should not bother as you level up, it is something for people to play with after they reached Lv.230 and have nothing else to do in PvM.

So in general, as you level up, the sequence of skills would be,

1 ) Buffs
2 ) Heals
3 ) bonfire/salamander flame/mana flame
4 ) dragon skin/mystic armor/purify/mute

Unless you have a high level cleric friend to help you, which you can go in this sequence of skills,

1 ) Heals
2 ) Bonfire/salmander flame/mana flame
3 ) Buffs
4 ) dragon skin/mystic armor/purify/mute

And in terms of stat, it wouldn't hurt if you go for max 400CHA, lots of ppl do that, but make sure you have enough INT to hold wand, getting a B7 hiria tear is very important as well. Forget about the people that tell you 3 to 1 CHA to INT ratio, you can go as much CHA as you want, it doesn't hurt your INT to def ratio passive, because you get better defense through better buffs/heals, CHA stat is OP for clerics currently.

No problem. It's very much still a work-in-progress but I'm happy with how things are going so far. Btw if you're playing on Draconis, feel free to add me on either HoneyBuns or Sulky if you want buffs or just to chat :)

I highly disagree with you DestinyDeoxys. It is possible to have summons, buffs and offensive skills, so you can switch between FS and offensive depending on what you want to do.

Ya it is possible to have those skills simultaneously, but what about your stat build?
