Thanks Guys... What I would actually want to see is where I could save more zulie, upgrading it myself or just buying it from junon vends. I don't have mountain of zulies. I am asking for a little info atleast an approximate amount bcoz I don't want to risk the few billions of what I have.

Usually it will takes 100-300m to refine one to +15.
