costumes wouldnt have any effect on proc rates
Well, i just tested it and i think you might be right.
It was probably just a wrong feeling i had while i was equipping Horse king costume + RWH, it doesn't proc at all or not procing very often.

I wish we had the jRO version of Shiba Inu set
Works similar to Eddga Hat but gives +30 Atk per upgrade instead of +25.
Actually twRO version of Shiba Inu is working the same way as the jRO...
I don't know why we modified it...
and even the normal Eddga hat, they actually have a slot with it, and also comes with the transform effect.
Ofc they do have white eddga version without a slot too.
