interesting hat effect but hmm~ why that hat is 15m - less 30m (+7) only

if that hat give a hundred +185 attack

is the transformation chance good same as CD mouth or krishna SB chance rate ?

CD in mouth proc rate is much higher.

 

I'm thinking that at around +10~12 refine rate, the proc rate would be roughly 2~3%.

 

But I haven't actually tried so don't start assuming >_>;

 

Also, the low price is because there are so many of them from opening lucky boxes last month...

the low price is also from the fact people have no idea how good it is... these hats dont just proc from melee attacks... they will proc from ALL physical attacks....

Add 0,25~0,5% proc rate per refine lvl, 4.5~5% proc rate at +9.

 

+0 attack 1000 times    proc7 times

+9 attack 1000 times    proc46 times

 

+0 proc rate 0.5~1%，more like 0.5%

+9 proc rate 4.5~5%

the proc rate is almost the same as CD in mouth. with aspd 193, you can keep transforming into eddga.

with +9 white drooping eddga hat, aspd193, attaking an egg for 180 seconds, change into eddga 145 seconds

Takes no more than 5 minutes. Besides if you're not interested enough in the effect to give it a try, why be surprised at how good an item can potentially be?

I used to use that other one with same effect type, +100 atk at small chance. Used it on RG or with valk mant to have it up more or less all the time. I forget the name of the hat though. There are certainly ways around low proc rates if your dedicated/tanky.

the transformation duration isnt effected by upgrade only the proc rate and damage are effected

its 3 seconds i think... the shiba set has a slightly longer transformation duration

how is it compared to shiba inu set? shiba inu just give 30 atk and add 30 more atk by chance if using the set. if compared to overupgraded white eddga, shiba inu is inferior. does shiba inu has smth more to offer? since the set price is higher than white eddga.

Shiba also has a card slot vs eddga with no card slot.

you feel transformation time is longer, its because the hat also procs while you in eddga mode. its like kvm katar i think.

Sometimes the costume headgear disables the proc or decrease the proc rate.

i wish the shiba hat was just a hat and not a hat and accessory... id even be willing to give up the slot on the hat... its not as strong as eddga but it looks alot cooler IMO

that the only thing that sucks about the shiba set but man the eddga on my gx with a +12 kvm is a thing of beauty.  its like a chainsaw busting 12k+ crits at 193 aspd .

I wish we had the jRO version of Shiba Inu set Works similar to Eddga Hat but gives +30 Atk per upgrade instead of +25.
