For the time being we are disabling the VAS server transfer service from Valk-> Ymir. This is due to a tool issue that is causing character data loss when we perform such transfers. The problem is being worked on, but there is not a clear fix it date yet. We are refunding all waiting server transfers, and disabling the creation of new VAS server transfer requests until further notice.

We apologize for any confusion to those that have been waiting, or about to request a server transfer.

I was wondering the same thing.

On a side note, is there a F.A.Q. on the server transfer?
How much does it cost?
Can you transfer just a single character, or will your whole account be transfered?
Do your characters retain any items in their possession? how about storage?

Can't remember the prices.
It's something like 17$; 19$ if you don't have a premium subscription active. That's for one character, it gets cheaper the more you bring.
You can't carry any etc. items other than cards and one of each card per character.

There's a ton of restrictions, but nothing too bad.

Currently it isn't possible to transfer characters to the Ygg server from any other server. Once the VAS is reactivated, the only transfers for the forseeable future are from Valk -> Ymir.

I quit playing a month and a half ago and find it funny to come back now and then seeing the service is still not working. Makes me feel glad that I stopped playing when I did instead of waiting it out

Server transfer (if prem acc unpaid) was $12 + $5 per char. i'd imagine the rules need to be updated for the upcoming server changes anyway so given the timing might not see till after f2p?

It would be a bad experience for someone to pay $17-$57 on a limited xfer to get premium advantages only to find out Valk has the same perks in a months time

Sad thing is. People probably missed out on this because of it being down... Not wanting to start over... Want to know when it goes back up so I can get off the steaming pile that is Valk...

Yes it has been awhile with no updates. The tool used is still not correctly modifying the information to avoid corrupt data, so we are not able to start up this service yet.

You could always transfer a whole account worth of characters.
