Hmm that is strange. It has never happened to me, but I don't purchase IM very much. I do hope you get your tome soon. They are usually pretty good at making sure you get what you purchased. Try not to get frustrated, it really doesn't help the situation very much. Could it be the browser you use that is causing the problems?
I get my items restored, which I'm thankful for, but it's kind of weird for both sides, if I have to submit the same report every 3 days and the bug keeps occuring.
I'm purchasing through the game only.
I haven't heard of many reports of this nature.
In the ticket, I would reference that this keeps occurring for your account. I will make a mention of this to our support team.
I did just that in the last ticket, I submitted. I'm still missing 2 Speed Bosters, though. (Ticket Number: 0B3-1B656E14-038D).
