Not receiving IM purchases

Hello,

 

I went to purchase a tome in the item mall for 500 IM points and did not receive the item in my purchases tab.  My points were deducted 500 points and no item...  This is the fourth time in 3 weeks that the item mall has taken my points and not given me my item.   Is there a specific reason why this is happening?  Is it happening to others, or is it just me?

Please send a ticket. Give the ticket at least 42 hours to be answered.

Also I would urge you to create an account there before submitting a ticket so the site can record your ticket as well.

Hello,

 

Thanks for your response.  Yes I have sent a ticket in for this inquiry already, but this issue is happening to me quite often now and there seems to be no answer on why it is happening through past ticket submissions.  It really sucks having to wait on items you purchase, especially if one buys large quantities of items.  Have any of you experienced this issue with the Item Mall?

I had never had this problem that my item mall points disipears and I get no items when I have purchase something.

4hours Buffiies. Essentially, 2 days for our support team to answer/resolve the issue.

 

If this is your first purchase, there is usually a wait period but if this keeps on occurring... please submit a ticket. Our Support team should be able to assist you.

I submitted my ticket back on July 15th, 2014 and still have not received a reply from the *Support* team.  Any help into this matter is greatly appreciated on my end...

Did you get an email giving you a ticket number? If you didn't, then you are checking the wrong email, or you don't have an account with the support part of WP. If you did, you can log in and view your tickets. PM Shaz with your ticket number, and he can maybe help you.

Hello,

 

Yes, I did receive an email with a ticket number for this particular issue on July 15th, 2014.  I sent the ticket # to Mr. ShazamO on July 16th, 2014 and he indicated the support team would help me the same day.  I still have not received help from the awesome support team into this matter over the lost IM points.

The same thing happens to me on a regular basis as well. I just sent my 3rd ticket this week, because there was no purchase confirmation and item, but the IM points were still deducted.

 

I mean it's really frustrating, if you have to fear that you're not getting the items you want to purchase, getting your IM points deducted anyway and then having to wait like 3 days for them to be restored.

 

It's not a thing that happens once in a blue moon, but pretty regularly and should be looked into.

Hmm that is strange. It has never happened to me, but I don't purchase IM very much. I do hope you get your tome soon. They are usually pretty good at making sure you get what you purchased. Try not to get frustrated, it really doesn't help the situation very much.  Could it be the browser you use that is causing the problems?

I get my items restored, which I'm thankful for, but it's kind of weird for both sides, if I have to submit the same report every 3 days and the bug keeps occuring.

 

I'm purchasing through the game only.

I did just that in the last ticket, I submitted. I'm still missing 2 Speed Bosters, though. (Ticket Number: 0B3-1B656E14-038D).
