I see a guild skill thats an active skill yet its gray and I dont know how to get it off guild window and on to my speed keys(its lev 1 guild skill so it cant be we're to low) some1 said something about buying them, if you do buy them where do you buy them?

also guild has to be a certain lvl for each skill
