I'm not sure if anyone noticed this, but things like RWC Pendant+Ring set bonus, hidden enchants, and other things that add a percentage to one's matk or atk don't seem to function. It doesn't appear to make any difference whatsoever in the character status pane. +% damage, however does seem to function, just not +% atk/matk.

One possible situation could be that perhaps the bonus is hidden, still applying but not appearing in the status window, but for the life of me I have seen no improvement in numbers appearing in my attacks either. Any thoughts, or has this topic been covered already?

This has been covered before.
1. Atk% does not show up in your status window.
2. Atk% only applies to your weapon+equip attack.
3. Atk% works just like a hydra card (20% atk to demi) or skel worker (15% atk to medium)
So basically atk% really means (% atk to all races) or (% atk to all sizes)

+% Atk cards are so miniscule in renewal.

If your damage range is like 534~617 or something, a +3% Atk gear may give you like 538~621, which would be insanely hard to notice.
