If you believe you've found a bug in the game, the best way to report it is to do it in full detail. Provide all the information to the best of your ability, so it can be pinned down and hopefully get fixed in later patch updates.

Full example: #1

1. What is the problem?
I just got Pain Sharing skill on my Soul Hunter. The skill description states: "Share the suffering of an ally, receiving half of his damage for a set duration." When I cast this on my partner, he is still taking full damage from the monster and no damage was given to me.

2. How is it caused or what do you think that triggered it?
This bug report does not apply to this question as I do not know what is causing it.

3. Are you able to reproduce it, if so how?
Yes, everytime I cast it on my party members, the skill is just not functioning.

4. Provide screenshot of before and after or the error msg.

5. Have you figured out any temporary solution to address this problem?
No I have not and it's beyond my ability to do so, but I would like a skill reset! :rolleyes:


If you are reporting about a useless ability or skill, but the skill does function. Then it is NOT a bug. If you feel the skill is useless, please post in the Feedback & Suggestions forum on ways to improve it.


Full example: #2

I keep getting random crashes. The screen would freeze up as I'm moving from one location to another. I would then get boot back to desktop with an untranslated error that's just full of ??? marks. This happens randomly, sometime in town, sometime in the field area, and even during loading screen.

2. How is it caused or what do you think that triggered it?
I notice this happens when I re-arrange my shortcut/hotkeys, but the crashes doesn't occur immediately when I rearrange it. I can play for a while and then suddenly I would get a crash, when I log back in, my shortcut is resetted, so I have to readjust them again. The crash would occur later again, however.

3. Are you able to reproduce it, if so how?
I can't say I'm able to reproduce it, since the crash seem to still occur randomly. I have no control of getting the crash to occur in a timely manner.

4. Provide screenshot of before and after.

5. Have you figured out any temporary solution to address this problem?
The only solution that I've found it to work somewhat, is to log off to character selection once I've adjusted my shortcut. Then logging back in, I can play normally until a crash occurs, but even if it occurs, my shortcuts won't be resetted.

why can't i submit a ticket with this account?

it always asks for a login and says this one is incorrect.

i have somehthing stuck in a mailbox ingame. it says, "mailbox system error"

it always asks for a login and says this one is incorrect.

You don't need to log on to submit a ticket.

You don't need to log on there.

After choosing ''Requiem Support'', simply click on ''Next'' and you'll go there:

is the email you get after a ticket just an auto-reply with suggestions regarding keywords in your ticket?

is that just a preliminary email? or, do actual people follow up your complaint?

You always get an automatic mail after your ticket; you'll get an answer from GMs in the second one.

was just wondering since they quoted the knowledge base and gave troubleshooting results. it made me think that was what they had to offer me in the way of fixing my problem.

edit: in 2 years, this is my first ticket for a problem other than reporting a glitcher.

Gravity has issues with tickets lately; send a PM to a Community Manager (Hastur/Heimdallr/Calanor/Corvus) with the # of your ticket.

i just had that same error, but i have confirmation from friends on requiem thru teamspeak that maint is indeed done and has been for the last few hrs, why does it still give me that message?

Wich error it give you? The game completly patch? (to be sure go to the requiem folder and open the version.dat file with notepad, and post what it said here; dont modify anything there, just post what it said here).

(edited): there are also guides about how install and update in my signature (press where it said "show"). Remember that if you are running the game in windows vista and seven, you must run it as administrator.

1. What is the problem?
Whenever you are in the Premium Dungeon triggering crystals, if you have an attack speed buff (example, sniper's coolness or quick attack) and get turned into a cursed golem, when you attack something the attack speed is correct.....you still attack but the target enemy's HP do not register the damage it takes. The enemy still takes damage and will even die at the appropriate time, but the HP bar of the target will not show any decrease. Without the attack speed buff, the target will register damage the normal way.

2. How is it caused or what do you think that triggered it?
Attack speed buff plus Cursed Golem transformation.

3. Are you able to reproduce it, if so how?
Yes. self explanatory. every time i have attack speed buff, it happens. when i don't, it doesn't.

4. Provide screenshot of before and after or the error msg.
would have to provide a video of the target enemy not showing the dmg taken.

5. Have you figured out any temporary solution to address this problem?
The only temporary solution is to get rid of any attack speed buff before activating crystals in case it has Cursed Golem Transformation. This is not really a solution, as the attack speed buff is very useful when in Cursed Golem Form.

i cant see hans Rapad to complete  Himelmez Chamber and Floating Stone.. Hans Rappad cant being seen by one of my char (priest).. my other char can see hans rapad(Soulmaker).
