Honestly how far do I need to go to get instant cast?

No beelzebub  I mean if you can afford it great.  Im not there yet lol.

2x rwc pendants =32% not 30 and you need a 2x spell 4 weapon which ever class your playing and a +9 crown of deceit

2x rwc pendents 4x total spell 3 32%
2x spell 4 malangdo weapon 20%
3x spell 4 FAW 30%
+9 CoD 20%, and 5% after cast delay

Also if the Bard Casting Strings has 100 DEX its -50% Cast Time (Every Bard should have level 10 Music Lessons)

KK card = x% cast depends on the headgear's upgrade level. So if you have a +12 then KK will give you +12%.

Since OP stated intense telekinesis, he is probably a warlock, therefore it is impossible for instacast, as most warlock skills have a fixed cast time that can not be 100% reducable.

Soul Expansion has no fixed cast, which is the only spell Intense Telekinesis will help.

We actually do have that headgear on our server, but the effect was removed after the first WoE it was used in.

 

The effect is -1 second fixed cast time.

Is that the Valk Randgris Helm? If so, I was slightly saddened when they removed that effect, but then moved on shortly after.

CC should have fixed cast and sorcerer can achieve instacast, so unfair

CC seriously needs a nerf.
