After the issue that happened this week with Account is in Use, now, when I put my ID and my password, keep saying Please Check your ID, and after three times I try to log in, the game closes, can someone please help me.

Well, according to the screenshot.. I don't even see a username inputted.
I would submit a ticket IF you are sure you create a Dragon Saga account.

It's because I blurred my ID to preserve it, I even reinstalled Dragon Saga, the problem still the same.

Well, re-installing the game won't help. It's pertaining to your account name and password. Make sure to submit a ticket~
