If you wear 2 amps, you have 400% metallic, so this would be 430%, which isn't going to really help much.
I'd like to see it autocast at least lvl 3 reverb, so that it does damage more on par with a warg or something.
Those are my main feedbacks.
An accessory that adds +150% damage to a skill is your evaluation standard?

The skill does such low damage that even with two accessories each adding +150%, its not competitive.
+30% on top of the base damage would be so laughable you might fall off your chair. Imagine if the crowning feature of a Rune Knight hat was +30% [Magnum Break] damage. or the effect of the sorcerer hat was +30% [Firebolt] damage. Because Metallic Sound does about as much damage as [Firebolt]. Not joking or exaggerating. The 2 amplifiers make the skill even remotely useable in a practical sense, so you'd need to take them into consideration for a suitable boost to the skill to be competitive with the new hat.
