Tired to add my old Rag. ID to my new WP ID, but the email is a closed account

See I had a RagnarÃ¶k online account a couple of years ago, had a crusader that I was rather proud of. I just signed up for Rose and WP at a new GMAIL address and I tried to add my old Ragnarok...the RAG account is linked to an email address that I had to close and I never logged into change it. Now I think the validation email is going to the old ATT email rather than my new GMAIL address. How do I correct this problem?

We are sorry to hear of any issue experienced with recovering the account in question. Please note that in order to add a game account to a warp portal account you must be able to access the email address registered to the game account. To retrieve the password/account name linked to an account.

If you are unable to access or do not remember the email registered to an account please follow the following directions.

To change the e-mail address of the account in question, we ask that the following form please be completed so we may process your request:

Zip code:
Current email address:
New email address:

If you do not remember the details registered to an account we may be able to update the registered details of an account. However, for security reasons we require that the following information be faxed to us at USA(310)827-0813.
