"Failed to Connect to Server"

I can't log in my game... I've tried attempting to log in for more than ten times now and still game says "Failed to connect to server"

I seem to be having the same problem yet no seems to know an answer to the problem and I've searched high and low.

I've tried it several times from mirror sites and the main site.

It seems like the problem laid with my Framework which had to be updated but windows was failing to install the update every time I rebooted, it must have been corrupted.  So I did a few things to try to work around this, first I downloaded and patched the client on a computer at work, I then uploaded that patched client the entire Gravity folder and all into my usb and downloaded it on to the computer I was having trouble on to begin with and then I backed up my files and reset my computer to its factory settings.  ( after which of course, I updated all drivers and software as needed )

I'm now playing in the world Ragnarok woohoo!
