Nuff said.

 

Would be VERY helpful for slingers to make Spheres / Cartages easily without going all the way to Einbroch just to make 'em.

 

Also maybe placing said NPCs in Izlude on Renewal since the Izlude revamp sort of Accidently them out.

isnt there a cartridge maker in alberta? just outside the shop where you buy bullets.
