Problem with tickets

Hi

 

i don't know why but i can't send tickets to the support, my accounts got hacked long time ago and i send a ticket asking if they can return some of my items but the asked my for information that i can't send, anyway like 1 month ago i started to play again but now my accounts got banned, and i don't why, i can't contact the support, i never did anything wrong on this game, and i just wanna got my accounts unbanned. :sob:  :sob:  :sob:  :sob:

may i know why your accounts are banned? and why cant you contact the support? :)

I don't know why my account got banned i stop playing for 2 moths after i got hacked and then... banned, and i can't contact the support because every time that i send a ticket i have no reply, i even get the automatic reply with the ticket number.

for me, all my tickets are responded by the support in a matter of time :D

 

i guess you may refer to this link https://support.warp...pport-page.aspx then submit a ticket using your registered warp portal support account.

 

else, i dont know other solutions than sending a proper ticket :D

Did you make a support account to check for replies? Generally if you keep bumping your ticket before it gets answered it'll keep going back to the end of the line.

If you're not getting the emails (do check spam folders), log in to the warpportal support account and check for ticket responses. Sometimes support emails don't make it through spam filters (sometimes they don't even make it to spam folders - they get binned as spam before making it that far).

There isn't because those tickets were technically submitted anonymously and the system can't track anonymous tickets.

thank you all for reply, i just register on the supp page and send the ticket 3 days ago and in the status bar says "Waiting" so i am waiting a reply from the supp,

 

And also i check my spam folder everyday thanks you all again  :no1:  :no1:  :no1:  :lv:

no, if it says waiting that means it's waiting for you to respond.  active means it is in the GM queue.

 

if you don't respond within 3 days from the last GM reply then it will close automatically.  you can reopen at any point though.

I thought you could take the ticket number and enter it in your newly made WP support account and still be able to track it that way?

You can track it, but I don't think it adds to your Support account so you can view it under your ticket listing.

I could be wrong.
