This uses windows XP and encounters the patch problems.
The solution here leads me to run the program as admin, but the system denied me to do that because they required the password that does not have.
Please help.

RO does not need to be run as admin on Windows XP. UAC was not added until vista, so the concept of "run as admin" doesn't really exist in XP. Just run it normally on XP.
What patching problem are you experiencing?
