old banned account

Hi!

 

i was wondering if its possible to unlock my old banned accounts, i don´t really know the warpportal account, but i know how to loggin to my roseaccount. please reply. :thx:

I couldn't say for sure whether or not your old accounts can be unbanned, but you'll have to make a ticket to find out.  You do need to submit the ticket using a Warpportal account. If you can't remember that login information you can always make a new Warpportal account in order to post the ticket. Here is the link to support  https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx

Your account should still exist even if you haven't played for so many years. I forget the exact amount~

 

Please give our Support team up to 48 hours to resolve/answer your ticket. You can also use this as a reference to respond to the Support team.
