I've sent about 4 tickets now, if not 5. I've offered alternate email address, and I've checked my email steadily for about a week or so. I'm absolutely not getting emails confirming or answering my tickets, and I need to have this figured out. I've been playing RO for over ten years, and I've done nothing wrong. I was actually banned during a hiatus, so I have no idea what's going on. If someone could please help me figure this out, I'd be more than grateful.

If you didn't give your account info to anyone else, you might have been hacked and your account could have been used to scam other players. Don't send too many tickets, if you don't get a reply try messaging a community mod your ticket number.

if it takes more than a week to get a response to any ticket, try contacting Oda, Warnhal, or Campitor. They might be able to help you out

Sending more tickets just bogs it down. Make a support account so you don't have to rely on an email and just wait for it to go from "active" to "waiting." It takes weeks to solve stuff like this, because they have to track down all your stuff.

Well who are the community mods she can send a messege to? because she has been banned for quiet a while and we dont understand why since she stopped playing for a month or 2 and when she logged on just so i could give her a pair fo boots i made for her she was banned i submitted a ticket asking and i was told they did reply but havent gotten a response back so both parties are having the same issues so can we get a name of who she can messege on here? this is quite a baffeling ordeal
