nothing, it's fixed.
it's affected by skill critical %. as far as the dmg goes it's the fixed amount of dmg*2

also, here, an excellent discussion on what to do about elves from a more generic, though thoughtful standpoint:
And the elves â?? what is with those dratted elves? They are even worst then the teachers with they bloody secrets. So smug and superior. You freaking ask an elf how to kill the bad guy (who the elf wants dead anyway) and they give you some gnomic and cryptic horse apple about knowing at the right time. What a freaking stupid race of morons. Keeping their stupid pointless secrets. It always pisses me off how the elves are always better then the humans in every way. They live forever, are way strong, can use tons of magic. Why aren't the elves running the show if the kick so much ass. The hero should be an elf. Even though the elves are so amazing (they are always smug about that) they are always a fringe group who is â??fading awayâ? or some such nonsense Maybe it's their stupid infatuation with stars and flowers. It seems all the elves can do is-_- about how the past was good and the world blows at the present. Maybe the should wake up from their offended seclusion in the forest and do something about it instead of sing songs and cry on the sidelines.
I could go on for days about the stupid elves. I hate them so much.
If you like elves, you are the reason puppies die.
