can somebody help me as i encounter the above problem

1.my equipped item appear lost

2.my inventory appear clean

3.my stat window appear as i can increase a stat(eventhough there arent enough skill point)

 

BUT> my weight is still high 2379/5900

 

means tht them items are still there and not a hack/scam case

 

help is really much appreciated

You need to run the Patcher as admin. You are still using an older Ragexe.exe client.

this happened after the patch 

im playing fine before this

i use run as admin everytime i open my ro

if there is a specific patcher other than rag.exe in the folder i cant find it

Try the following:

Warning: Don't follow these instructions if you last updated your client before 2014/7/23 because doing so will cause your client to skip installing one or more updates.

• Download and then extract this file.
• Move the files contained in the extracted folder into your IRO client installation folder.
• Close any and all open clients.
• Download this file.
• Navigate to the IRO client installation folder in File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
• Replace the file patch.inf with the version you downloaded in step 2.
• Open the Renewal client.

You need to run the Patcher as admin. You are still using an older Ragexe.exe client.

The Renewal client and its updater now automatically run with administrative privileges. The only programmes that don't run with administrative privileges are the Classic client updater (ClassicRO.exe), the Classic client configurator (Setup_Classic.exe), and the Sakray client updater (Sakray.exe).

How do you know outjav is using an outdated client?

What happened when you opened the Renewal client after completing the instructions? Did the updater successfully reapply the most recent updates?

Edit: I've added two additional steps to the instructions. Please try completing them again.

Got same problem, after ur solution just skips patching and problem stays.

Oh, it seems Ge.tt is temporarily offline. I've uploaded another copy of the file to Solidfiles.
