you must be missing something from your AI folder...not sure. >_>
Try skimming the tech support forums for solutions.

Get the new Azzy AI and put in your AI iRO folder and try again

Sounds like it could be a sprite error. Try repatching the client from an earlier date. There should be a link somewhere on forum on how to do that.
