Hello, here is the quest I created, its going under some modifications atm and its subject to changes. I have to make it into 2 parts because of the quotes.
 
General idea of the Quest : You go trick or treating to celebrate halloween , until something evil happens!.
 
Multiple Parts :: Yes.
 
Redoable?:Once a Year, per Character
 
Legend:
Number: Its the number option in the NPC menu.
Blue Colour: NPC Speaking.
Green: Player
 
Starting NPC:Darren, Junon Polis.
Map Location :: All around Junon.
 
Dialog:
 

Player. 4- Happy Halloween Mayor!.
Darren: Oh its you, playername!. Happy Halloween! I wanted to ask you a favour!
1- Sure, What do you need?.
2- Booo!, Im too lazy to do this, cya. (Ends Dialog)
 
After Choosing 1:
Darren: Great!,I didnt have time to gather candy before. Could you do this for me?.
1- Yes sir, Im on it!(Starts the quest)
2-Why should I help you ?
3- Awww! I would have to walk, sorry i cant help you.(Ends Dialog)
 
2-Darren: If you help me, i shall give you an AWESOME reward, and some candy of course!.
2.1-Well , Let the candy hunt start!(Ends Dialog and starts the quest)

Quest Log:

Name of the Quest :: Trick or Treating!(1)

 
Description:Darren has asked you to go gather some candy for him so he can give the other visitors in this special holiday!.

 Get 10 lolipops from Mouldies , 20 Jelly candy from Jelly Beans and 15 chocolate from Woopies.Then return to Darren.

When you turn in the quest:
 
Dialog:
 

You talk to Darren
4- I´ve gather all the candy you have asked me to!.
 
If its false mayor shall say:
-Dont lie to me, or you will not get your AWESOME Reward!
Player 1- Ok , Sniff* (Ends Dialog)
 
If its true mayor shall say:
-Great Job!,Let me taste one!.... *Mmmmmm.
1- What is it?
Darren- This one has a weird taste, why dont you take them to Spero in Zant, so he can Analyze them?.
1- On my Way!(Ends Dialog, and starts part 2).

Description:Darren has asked you to give the candy to Spero to Analyze it.

You talk to Spero.
3- Darren asked me to bring you these candies to analyze.
Spero- Yes, Playername!. i was waiting for you. Give me the Candy.
3.1- Sure here you have it.
3.2 - No, they are all mine, Muahah!.(Ends Dialog)
 
Spero- Mmm, they appear to be normal but to make sure, ask Tryteh to run a magic test on them!. 
 
1- Sure Boss!.(Ends Dialog, finishes quest, and starts new one)
2-Meh, I would prefer just to lay down here and look at the clouds.(Ends Dialog)

4- Sperro wants you to check this candy please.
Tryteh- Sure, I owe him one, but ill need you to gather me some Magic Water from anima lake.
1- Well , why not...( Ends Dialog and starts the quest)
2-Maybe later, i have to do something else first. (Ends Dialog)

Description:Tryteh has asked you to gather some magic water from Anima Lake .

Gather 8 Magic Water Flask from killing Aquas.

4- I have brought the Magic Water you asked me to!.
Tryteh- Thanks, now give me a second to run the test.(Ends the dialog).
You talk to her again.
Tryteh- Sorry i have bad news, Seems The candy has been infected by an evil spell and will infect those who eat it!.
1- Oh no,! I must tell Mayor Darren inmidiately!.(Ends Dialog and starts new quest)

Description: Tryteh test pointed that the candy is infected by an evil magic!,You must go and tell Mayor Darren quick!.

4- I have talked to Sperro and Tryteh and found out that the candy infects people and it has an evil spell!.
Darren- Oh that´s terrible!, we must find the person behind this and stop him!.
1- How ?!?!?
2- Nah, ill just watch you become a monster.(Ends Dialog)
1.1Darren: Quick use this costume and go trick or treating, following this list and notice me if someone gives you an infected candy.!
1- Nice Plan!, I shall rush now!.

 
Reward: Candle Ghost Costume (If its not possible maybe modify something like adding a blue flame to the actual costume and call it "Blue Candle Ghost Costume).

Adds 1 Chocolate to your quest items.

4-  I have gathered all the candy from the suspects!.
Darren- Great, Let me compare them with the other sample!.(Closes the Dialog)
 

Talk to Darren Again:
 
Darren- As expected one of them gave you an infected candy!, Who is this candy from?.
1- It´s from Meledino, she acted weird while giving it to me.
2-It´s from Zurn ,I think...?
 
Darren Answers.
Darren-1- Then you shall go fight her and save Halloween right now!.
Player- Target Adquired! I shall leave now!.(Ends Dialog, and starts new quest)
 
Darren-2- Zurn wasnt even on the suspicious people list!, Dont lie to me.
Player- Whoops!. (Ends Dialog)

Description: Mayor Darren has determinated that the person behind this is Meledino, fight her and stop this right now!.
Fight Meledino, and stop her evil Plans, then Return to Mayor Darren.

Talk To Meledino:
1- I know your evil plan!, Stop right there!.
Meledino- How did you discover I was using the candy to create a secret army of zombies to destroy all Junon Polis!?
1- Well, I didnt.. but now I do!.
Meledino- Urgh! You nasty visitor, I shall strike you with my blade now!.
1- Oh yea, battle time!.(Ends Dialog, and Transforms Meledino Into Fighting Meledino).
*You kill the spawned Fighting Meledino.
 
-Talk Back to Meledino.
Meledino- Urg you ruined my plan!, but you wont catch me!. Runs Away*
1-Urgh, why dont I have my speed set equipped when I need it!.(Ends Dialog and updates quest).
* Meledino Bag of evil Candy item is added to quest items.

 
When you turn in the quest:
 
Dialog:
 

Talk to Mayor Darren:
4- I did it, I have Defeated Meledino and...
Darren-OH, A candy Bag, give me some! Eats a lot of them*
1-...recovered the bag of infected candy.
Darren- Please, dont tell me it was this bag ..
1- Ok, I wont tell you(Ends Dialog)
2- Of course it was that bag! 
Darren- Oh no, im even more infected right now! Quick go talk to Arua´s Fairy and save me!.
1- But where is my AWESOME reward?.
Darren- If you let me Turn into an Evil Zombie I wont give it to you, so go fast!
1- Awww ok! I am on it!.(Ends Dialog, and adds a new quest)
2- Grrr, if you were a zombie i could just steal the reward..(Ends Dialog)

Fairy- Oh thats terrible, quick take this medicine with you, and if that doesnt work, try casting Purify!.

Fairy- Maybe ...
1- Lets just hope the medicine works!.
*Medicine gets added to quest items.

Darren- Ahh the pain is fading away, Thanks Playername.I shall now reward you with your AWESOME reward now.
1- Wohoo, Thanks!.(Ends Dialog and quest).

- Awesome Halloween Mount (Maybe the Kera Mount, or a Candle Ghost Mount).

- Halloween Wings?.

I know what you mean, but compared to the mount and wings, the jelly beans don't really fit. 

 

Read through your quest btw, sounds pretty awesome and hope the devs can fit it in for this Halloween.

I like the fact that it's based on the Junon planet. That way all players can participate and join in the fun. The only thing I would consider changing is the jelly bean reward. Since the quest can only be done once a year per character, I think every possible reward in the box should be better than some hp and mp jellybeans. Maybe you could put them somewhere else in the quest rather than in the final reward. But overall the quest looks like it would be a lot of fun. I love Halloween and can't wait to see how it is celebrated here. Great job!
