Lost gift WPE codes

I have bought four codes today, and I only see two at my e-mail. My transaction history indicates that the codes have been bought, and so does my WPE total.

 

What can I do?

1, check all spam folders and such. If you're on gmail, it will often collapse multiple emails received in rapid succession with the same topic and participants so it looks like one email - and when you view it, it will initially only show the most recent one - you've got to click on the headers for the other emails to display them. 

 

2. Kick yourself for having not recorded the number they showed you when you completed the transaction. 

 

3. Submit a ticket to warpportal support at support.warpportal.com

I have done all of those things (number two has been repeated).

It was kinda laggy when I clicked the purchase button, but I don't recall clicking it three times lol.
