It happened at least 10 hours ago. The game is 100% safe to play.

Yeah, I think the server is lagging. Not sure if it is atm but it was a few hours ago. I was getting dc like every 5 mins, and couldn't even move ingame..

I am lagging too, as well as some of my guild members. So it's not just you. :/

^Thank you for confirming. I had asked someone in-game and they said they weren't lagging so I really wanted to confirm that. GH isn't fun when its lagging at all. I'll wait till the issue is resolved. The last thing I want is to run into a trio of Dark Priests.

it generally takes up to 24-72 hours to get an initial response... probably more with the amount of tickets they received due to teh problems from yesterday... be patient

sending more than one ticket for the same issue will result in your request taking even longer to get addressed.

the exp wasnt doubled for comodo after the rollback because it was already doubled for the spotlight before the rollback... double exp and spotlights dont stack
